Notary Fees
- Standard notarization: $10 for the first signature, $1 for for each additional signature
- Copy of Record/Paper: $1per page
- After-hours/urgent appointments: + $20
Travel Fees
- Inside Beltway 8: $25 travel fee
- Between Beltway 8 and HWY 99: $40 travel fee
- Outside Hwy 99 / HWY 6: Please inquire

What do I need to bring to the appointment?
Please have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.) and your document filled out, but not signed. You’ll sign in front of the notary.
Can you provide legal advice or tell me which document I need?
No. As a notary, we are not allowed to provide legal advice or choose documents for you. Please consult an attorney if you’re unsure what you need.
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. Anyone whose signature needs to be notarized must be present with valid ID.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call or text as soon as you can. We understand things come up and are happy to work with you to find a new time.
Do you offer remote/online notarization?
No. At this time we offer in-person mobile notarizations only.
