Standard Hours

  • Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Sat: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Sun: By appointment only

Notary Fees

  • Standard notarization: $10 for the first signature, $1 for for each additional signature

  • Copy of Record/Paper: $1per page

  • After-hours/urgent appointments: + $20

Travel Fees

  • Inside Beltway 8: $25 travel fee

  • Between Beltway 8 and HWY 99: $40 travel fee

  • Outside Hwy 99 / HWY 6: Please inquire

Final quote will be confirmed before your appointment is booked.

What do I need to bring to the appointment?

Please have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.) and your document filled out, but not signed. You’ll sign in front of the notary.

No. As a notary, we are not allowed to provide legal advice or choose documents for you. Please consult an attorney if you’re unsure what you need.

Yes. Anyone whose signature needs to be notarized must be present with valid ID.

No. At this time we offer in-person mobile notarizations only.
